Wu Kong Ult on Aatrox

Does any other champion get knocked up if they try to dash or blink out of Wu Kong's ult? Or is it only Aatrox who gets knocked down when trying to jump out of Wu Kong's ult?

"Enemies affected by Cyclone for the first time are briefly Airborne icon knocked up."

How is this true? So after I have already been being hit by his ult taking damage, does that not count as already being affected? When I go to dive out of his ult I get knocked back down. This is SUPER annoying. I could already have dived and then he spins towards me and hits me while I'm in the air, and it knocks me back down.

The fact the everything interrupts aatrox's dive makes it counter intuitive. Unlike blinks and other dashes that won't be stopped, EVERYTHING stops and interuppts Aatrox's ult, so you must sit there and take damage and wait until CC is used before you dive away. Because if you react faster than the enemy and dive, but still get hit while you are in the air, you get knocked back down.

This is one of Aatrox's biggest problems--ground CC shouldn't affect Aatrox when he is in flight. Period.
