Before you should even get to the point of community evaluation, you should:
Look at her play rate Look at her win rate Look at her ban rate
Why is player frustration even a consideration when you have these metrics to examine first?
Like how do you look past her stats to arrive to the point of evaluating frustration in the first place?
You would have to build a freaking tower of Babel to get high enough to overlook Riven's problems, and start worrying about unrelated shit in the distance like "which region hates this champ the most?"
Meanwhile Kench is probably going to get nerfed again and he's sitting at a 43% winrate.
There are more than just the Korean servers in the East. Also supposedly NA is the majority of the players that feel damage is too high and most other regions feel that damage is in a fine spot. Like it goes NA>>>>>EU>>>Korea>China.
