Just a daily reminder that Lucian has the worst win rate out of any ADC

Yep, you heard here that Lucian's last set of nerfs kneecapped him. While win rate isn't the perfect reagent for "underpowered, overpowered or broken" his pick rate is one of the highest for ADCs at 11% of all games. While also not being mechanically difficult.. These ingredients point to the "underpowered" level. He needs some love.

Sincerely, a Lucian main. item 3070

Daily reminder that win rates include:

  1. People on drugs
  2. Level 3s
  3. People who have never played the champion before
  4. People who troll

But the only two factors people consider:

  1. Player won with Lucian
  2. Player lost with Lucian

There is much more to consider in every game than a single champion picked. Just think about it. I'm tired of people arguing win percentage.

Lucian was a major pain in the ass in lane for a long time. He's simply fallen out of flavor, still a huge lane bully and still quite mobile.

If you looked at the link, you can categorize win rate based on elo. He has the lowest winrate out of any ADC in Platinum+ so no, winrate does not include level 3s or normals, this is strictly for ranked. I know winrate isn't the best metric to determine champion power level, but if he's consistently in the 46~% winrate across all Elos there is something wrong, especially since Lucian's skill cap is pretty low compared to somebody like Lee Sin

He is still strong, but people build him like normal adc and just fail. Caster, armor pen items are better on him with his ult and Q, so he can actually teamfight with his range. If he goes in to auto stuff, he gets shrekt by the tanks and the cc, but if you ult with your armor pen build + ghostblade = great teamfight, then you can chase and finish them. What happens in the most games - 1/ Lucian misses ult 2/Lucian has no armor pen, because he builds stuff for autoattacking, but he gets destroyed with his 500 range by anyone 3/ Lucian dashes in aggressively and gets rekt You need to play him smarter now, he is not a freelo like before. Lucian is more to the overpowered side, he needs a big nerf before he even gets a decent buff. I wouldn't really call him Kalista-tier overpowered where for all I care you can remove all of her abilities and let everyone who mains her move onto playing a REAL champion in the game, but he definitely isn't weak by any means.

How is a 46% winrate across all top Elos (platinum+) op by any means? Oh and his winrate increases to about 47.5% when played 125+ games with him

Winrates don't matter especially when you're judging them by just a small section of the game.

Lucian's fine, it's Twitch I'm worried about.
