@RIOT Can Elise's Spiderform Q get the New Talon Q treatment?

So talons new Q function as a leap only if they are not in melee range, but instead does a melee attack.

Can you give Venmous Bite the same treatment? So she doesnt leap when the target is in melee range.

The delay from the animation isn't fair just because they moved into a bush or go invisible before the animation ends, resulting in not casting the spell at all.
