How to get out of D5 ?

Idk what to play anymore. Win couple of games, I just know I'm losing the next 4. I mean, if you look at your division in d5, there's like 100 people, 40 of them at 0 LP and if you check d4 and upwards, there's like 5 people. I got from plat 4 to d5 in 2 weeks and I'm stuck here and can't move anywhere. I'd stop playing ranked honestly, but normals are boring after all this time playing the game. Any advices from someone who climbed out of this shithole ?

its easy to get out of d5. just feed until you hit plat 1. see problem solved.

I mean you have to get better at the game........if thats not obvious at this point, I don't know what else to say.
