Zed as a delay (have to wait on Ult, and time damage to be successful). Fizz has a delay (have to wait on W). Evelynn has a delay (Q is spaced out, W requires time to activate). Ekko has a delay (has to wait for ult to get into the fight for full burst)

Sure his r has some sort of delay, yet he is extremely safe while doing it. Have you ever waited so long for your e chain on lb to activate passive that your w timed out? Good lord. Now that's an overkill on delay Fizz, correct me if I'm wrong, but if fizz hits you with chum the waters his w doesn't need a timer. Evelynn's cook timers is fucking atrocious Ekko doesn't quite have a delay unless he wants guaranteed safety
Doozku3 votesZed already has a delay system. His ult is delayed. I agree tho that the delays in LB are bad. It doesn't feel like there's any more counterplay in lane, she just kills you slightly more slowly.
Zero Skill Tank3 votesWhile Zed has delays, they are in a very outdated form. Zed is first untargetable, than can cast his combo in no-time, and than just blinks away. Early in the game he might need to use more than one auto to kill his target, giving those delays actual meaning, but most of the time he doesn't need to spend even half a second near his victim to earn the kill.
It's nothing like newer/reworked assassin kits.

Its fucking ridiculous that they say LB or Talon burst too quickly, when you have people like Vayne, Twitch or Draven who do easily 2k burst within a second from range.
Assassins are a worthless role, the only reason Zed looks strong is because the other assassins have been spoonfed pure shit the last 2 seasons.
