Sona & Zilean VGU/Rework?

Am I the only one who thinks these two champions could use some love in the visual as well as gameplay department?

I've always thought Sona had SO much potential to be the bard of League of Legends. Creating different music to buff her allies/weaken her foes. Right now she doesn't feel that amazing to play... Before you judge, I do have Sona at rank 7, and she is one of the top 3 most played champions on my profile. I love her, she just needs some love back. I don't like how she's a glorified Q poke bot who got caught up in the abusive ardent censor meta. Her potential to be a GODLY team fight oriented support is there, I just wish Riot would jump on it and rework her. I've asked about this before and I've been told (by a Rioter) it would never happen because of how much of a staple support she is and simple her kit is. This seems like a bad reason to not update/change her if you ask me. My hope for a visual update is probably squashed since ya know...DJ Sona, but I still feel as if her gameplay could be so much more.

Zilean just looks like an older champion and his kit doesn't feel amazing. Another champion I got to rank 7 (not top 3 though, I think) and it doesn't feel that amazing to play. His passive is a gimmick and once it hit's late game (everyone level 18) he has no passive. It was a cool concept, but it doesn't feel that great to use. His kit revolves around his bombs and his trolly ultimate. (The number of times I've gone in to ult an ADC only for them to still use EVERYTHING to escape...) Realistically, he definitely needs more of a visual update than a gameplay update, but a gameplay update couldn't hurt...

TLDR: Sona has potential to be this amazing team fight support oriented around buffing/debuffing certain people. Zilean needs a visual update pretty bad, more than a gameplay update; but talk of a gameplay update couldn't hurt.
