Ones that are overpowered within a coordinated team environment, so it would seem that if one deserves a nerf the other deserves a nerf too. I think it basically comes down to Riot wanting to see less Shen at Worlds and more Bard.

Banned and picked because of her stun, especially after an ult. In my opinion it's one of the strongest stuns in the game. She also has AOE damage from her W and Q to follow up and her ability to destroy carries is just insane..not to the point where it's OP though.

Someone that can cc an entire team or most of it from long distance - one trick champion
Someone that can instantly get close, heal themselves, have an escape, CC a couple close enemies, lock down carries with ult - ??
What part of syndra would you even nerf? She's like veigar, if she died that means she missed her stun. She really has no other thing she can rely on. Lissandra wasted her escape? Just CC or ult when they get close and back off.
Teslyn2 voteswe are getting ready for worlds.. it will be boring if every game was played with the same 10 champions. so they try to make other champions seem as about the same pick value.
they say the things that make them unique they try and not touch but will raise and lower numbers if that thing seems too strong.
Remember Kled will be available for the world patch but Yorick will be disabled due to riots fears of making something untested.
