Why is Kalista's Rend being attacked again?
Rend [ E ]
Killing a single target with Rend no longer returns 10 mana (still returns the full mana cost if multiple units are killed).
Is this because of 
? I rarely see Kalista anymore and it seems with every patch that even mentions her name there's a nerf.
