Why the **** is riot nerfing him while braum and bard are being picked in every game while having something like 65% win rate?

Shen is basically in every game; he's warping the competitive scene. Braum and Bard are more niche picks that certain supports play but they're not really in every game.

Just looked up the stats. Its weird that he's the second most played support all around the world and yet I can't remember ever seeing him in a game. Maybe it has to do with all the bans he attracts so I just forget him? Anyway, my point (Braum and Bard aren't warping their particular metas as heavily as Shen) still stands

bard may be a niche pick, but braum isn't. He is as overloaded as thresh (maybe even more) can 1v1 a carry until at least lvl 5, and most of all as a tanky support he has poke which means he can be a poke support+a tank support in one.

Because those are only the NA stats. Riot balances for more than just one region. In EULCS for example Shen is 100% pick/ban during playoffs with 60% winrate, while Braum is 41% pick/ban with 50% winrate and Bard is 33% pick/ban with a wooping 100% winrate (because he's played only one game).

The best support for lcs in my opinion was Taric with 70% winrate and 50%pick/ban.

Edit: Also Shen has 57% winrate in the NA playoffs. Where did you get your number from? (the split numbers are not relevant because those were in a completely different meta: the laneswap meta)
