Wukong should be next in line for a rework.
If you're reworking someone like Irelia, who has far better match ups top lane and can survive a lot more shit... then someone like Wukong should have been reworked a long time ago. Wukong has a 50% win rate with 1% pick rate. All he has now is building full lethality and the hope to delete someone. But nowadays with supports and their shields, you can't do jack shit.
Top lane pick literally any tank/bruiser and you won your lane against Wukong. In the jungle he has a really weak early game, just invade him or countergank and he's done for. Jarvan does in the jungle everything Wukong does, but a lot better. You can play Wukong mid in low elo for chesee, but anything higher than plat, good luck trying to cs. I was spamming the kong since I started playing in season 4 through season 6, but when tanks and bruisers got reworked, I was pulling my hair out trying to play him. Despite not playing him much for 2 years, I still have highest mastery points on him. That's how much I played him, but last 2 years were really bad for him. Btw he has not seen a change since season 4, which is crazy.
He has so much potential with his lore of a monkey king, journey to the west and his skins can be fucking amazing if you just made him your next full VGU.
