Assasins vs Adcs
If an assasin has point and click burst he is toxic.
Adcs who have resourcless point and click burst per seconds are balanced tho.

I don't think you know what one of those words means.
Agreed. Does OP not understand the difference between "burst" and "DPS"?
If an assassin kills an out of position ADC near instantly, that's toxic. (Doing their job)
If an ADC shreds an entire team in a teamfight, that's not. (Doing their job)
xdddd downvoted for being right

if an adc shreds an opponent in melee, thats not their job. yet some of them can do it.
Some ADC's are better duelists and better at self-peel, thus they can and will solo you if you don't handle them with competence. Looking at Vayne, Kalista, Draven and Lucian. In older strategies Vayne in particular used to be sent off as a splitpusher because of her insane solo dueling capability.
Saying ADC's as a role should not be able to shred someone in their face is a faulty argument - because if they can't, this means that their damage is insufficient to be impactful and the role is nothing but a name. The people who usually dive them are assassins and diving type characters like Xin Xhao, Olaf or Diana - they are usually bruisers, not tanks, and will not be as tanky as a true tank. The risk/reward of their playstyle hinges on killing their target without dying. Being unable to kill or kite a comparatively squishy target would be the death of the role.

exactly they have kits with loads of mobility and self peel. this is exactly the factor that makes them strong duellists and difficult to catch out in the first place. or they have largely increased range. which means there needs to be a downside to these kits aswell. they need to be just as vulnerable to get caught out in melee in case they do actually fuck up and get caught.
if vayne, kallista and other adc can just faceroll bruisers and tanks in melee, then that shit is just wrong.
That's what I'm saying though, if a vayne survives or comes out ahead on their weak early laning phase then that power is deserved. There is counterplay if you study the champions, their playstyle and their powerspikes. If a vayne gets caught or tumbles in the wrong direction they are absolutely screwed without the use of valuable cooldowns like scimitar or flash.
I can't speak much for kalista, I haven't played in a while and it's my understanding that she was tweaked significantly in my absence to rely on her bonded person.
Give me 1 adc that has the same mobility as an assassin. Oh wait...
Give me 1 assassin that had the same DPS and range as an ADC and synergy with lifesteal. Oh wait…
Can you not make fucking meaningless comparisons?
Oh you mean like the baseless meaningless comparison OP made? Yea, that was my point.
Asssassins have mobility to get in and get out and pick targets. Adc are late game squishy power house that shreds single targets.
Inb4 "BUT ADC HAVE BURST LIKE ASSASSIN LUL"
It's pointing out the irony of how people complain that assassin point and click is broken while ADC point and click isn't.
Which you missed altogether.

Burst =/= assassin.

Uh. Kalista. Vayne. Lucian.

assassin has to blow up the enemy carries, relies on capitalizing on bad positioning or making a perfect flank, has to work through enemy team peel to not die in the process or trade kills
enemy support just has to press
and their heal/shield move and ADC is saved
The unsupported ADC must die to the assassin. The assassin must die to the supported ADC.
solved.
The first case should be pretty much always true no matter what.
The second case should only be true if the assassin gets CC'd.

If the support had to go engage for the team and use all his skills and position for that, obviously the ADC is not "supported" (unless i caught the assassin which is the good scenario for me) and the assassin should go help himself to a free kill.
If the support had to go save dumb and dumber (jgl and mid respectively) and use all his skills and position for that, obviously the ADC is not "supported" (unless i caught the assassin which is the good scenario for me) and the assassin should go help himself to a free kill.
If the support is a pure potato with niether map vision or an operating keyboard, obviously the ADC is not "supported" (unless i caught the assassin which is the good scenario for me) and the assassin should go help himself to a free kill.
however
the assassin got caught by the support's main CC chain and the ADC is close enough to put damage downrange? should die.
the assassin is just zerging the ADC regardless of the support being right there? deserves to die.
I mean an assassin can just Zerg rush the ADC if they can actually dodge the CC abilities. Not much they can do if Exhaust or Locket or Redemption is up, but otherwise sure.

as long as you mean actually dodging, as opposed to pushing his "i press this key to dodge the CC" button.
There's no difference. If he pressed some key to dodge the CC, that still counts.
That's not what burst means, buy Ninja Tabi if you find ADCs to be that bad.
