You know, this game is just becoming stupid.

"Durrrrrrrrr, I can right-click on you! I WIN!" -- the game today.

Auto attacks (and targeted abilities) just outperform skillshots / complexity to such a degree that it's getting to the point that I wonder why we even have skillshots or complex champions -- I mean, look at the "pro" games, all they play with are fucking clickers and CC spammers. Winning isn't determined by how good a player is, it's determined by how fucking absurd your champ / comp is.

But, hey, that's how you make money in an F2P game, so why am I acting like that wasn't intentional?

The easier champions are far stronger than the harder ones, and that's because snot-nosed kids won't throw fistfuls of money at Riot if they have to actually put in effort in order to win.

  • Jhin? Every ADC in the game out-classes him unless he can sit back and do things without being touched once.

  • Azir? 95% of mages shit on him.

  • Kha'zix? Why play him when you can play Zed and do the same thing, but better and safer?

  • Illaoi? Well, Darius and Garen do the same job but better.

  • Bard? Eh, we have Morg, Thresh and them who are far stronger supports.

Really would be nice if you were properly rewarded for playing more difficult / complex champs, rather than punished for the same. But, you know, fun and winning aren't synonymous in this fucking F2P cesspool. Really just getting tired of it, and I've been playing a lot less lately, to the point that I think I may just outright quit. >.>

If you want to continue playing or quitting that's your prerogative

I think Azir is overrated AF as far as skill cap is concerned, oh well

Riot is probably still going by the "cycle through FOTM champions" game balance which, when you have most of the league roster being linear, boring to play/watch and little to no outplay with their kits is no surprise, boring to play or watch

Kha'zix? Why play him when you can play Zed and do the same thing, but better and safer?

Really the only way Zed would be considered easier is at the skill floor or by lane phase, because Zed has a pretty good lane phase, the most advanced tactics a Kha'zix would do is W midflight, (which they removed) and properly gauge when to weave in and out for resets- every champion can/should weave in and out at times, Kha'zix was just more rewarded for it- Zed you have Q canceling, proper usage of shadows to dodge things, which is less binary than Kha'zix and his "leap and you die or you don't" playstyle which is very reminiscent of Talon/old Rengar

  • this also isn't taking into account S3 where 'w' kha'zix had a great lane

"easier champions being much stronger than the harder ones" is mostly due to FOTM cycles and league's roster being pretty lackluster in terms of outplay or mechanical intensity, the game has always been click + press buttons, but most tanks for instance have very little outplay to them

You should be mentioning Draven, (advanced orb walking in team fights where positioning matters and he doesn't 2 hit someone) Yasuo and Vayne as well, while every champion can resort to being fed and having 0 mechanics, a well played Yasuo, Draven or Vayne are awesome to see and have more to offer than most of league's champions

Easier champions being rewarded more than complex champions, (unless they're an exception rather than the rule) leads to there being virtually no point in playing complex or harder to play champions unfortunately

To be honest, old khazix was an incredible beast.. back then he was entirely broken.. but with everything running around today? I feel like old kha'zix would work fine in this game's current state.
