Do you want to know why they gutted jungle exp ? Cause of this champions

etc who is able to make successful gank level 2 or able to just punish a laner by camping them because they got nice healthy fast clear and alot of early damage + cc plus even if they let alone can push a whole lane quickly and clear wave.

But right we got to gut a whole role just we don't want to touch few champions and kill them for good , all you had to do was taking every champion of them and give them a true weakens either by gutting their ability to gank or ability to clear but nah let's just kill all other junglers cause of that. i said last season and i will say again, unless they stop buffing such champions and focus on nerfing them in their clear or gank ability then jungle as role is going to stay shit forever.

lee was never a problem at all, nidalee wasnt a problem at all, elise needed level 3, xinzhao needed level 3 or heavy communication /5head

Lee has always been a problem, in fact he's such a big problem that he's the #1 most used jungler by LCS. Do you think the top players in the world play him because he's not a problem?

I feel Lee has lost a lot of his hold on the jungle meta ever since they removed green wards/sightstone/trackers knife. He cannot spam wards and ambush you in every corner, then leave the enemy jungle via said ward like the boogieman anymore.

I on the other hand believe they gutted the exp because they want lvl 6 jungle champions to be weak as they can possibly balance. Such as Mundo.

Won't change a damn thing by all means, they are strong level 6 champions not strong level 6 jungler and they who said they wanted to nerf the jungler effect in game by camping ,so who can do that early jungler ofcourse.

Well it changed the entire Lee Sin playstyle and why it was good though for sure. I'm not saying that was healthy for the game though since I'm not going to play another patch where Lee permawards my buffs.
