Skillshot vs point and click

I'm at a point where I think that every champion should be skill shot based, as much as possible.

The point and click champs, the ones that can spam without aiming or timing anything, lets stop kidding ourselves...its not like their ease of use is balanced by anything such as them being not quite as a strong as champions that are more skill shot based. They are all plenty strong.

Lets even the playing field and weed out the little weasels who gravitate to the easy and annoying champions who don't have to worry about skilshots
