Is it Just Me or are Players Getting Dumber?

This really is not meant as an insult to players in general. It just seems like additions to the game have made it easier to play (smart pings, rift herald, elemental drakes, elder dragon, squishier jungle camps, better jungle buffs, weaker turrets, cheaper items, more items, more CC, keystone masteries, and more).

And yet, players continue to make the same exact mistakes that have been witnessed in previous seasons. League is becoming increasingly dumbed down for a smoother game, but it's done little to improve the game play of today's players.

That's just a personal observation from me, however.
