it may need some tuning but considering that she is played support a lot I could this this working well. no sure about casting it on tibbers though...

I see the shield currently as a "I need to build stun stacks" more than anything else. Adding this utility would be amazing, I like it (Other than putting it on Tibbers since he already radiates dmg and more dmg to the bear would be a little OP.

Casting on Allies could be something nice... Casting on Tibbers...eh no.

they buffed her scaling and nerfed her base damage for one reason, and one reason only, so she wont support anymore. all this will do it put support annie back into the picture.

They did that to make her supporting do less damage overall without hurting her mid lane. They didn't do it with the intent of making support Annie impossible.

I didn't say to make it impossible, just saying the intentionally made it less viable.

Now, l personally do not like Annie.... However, allowing her to use her shield on allies would probably put Annie into the meta for supports right now. With her cc and burst damage, she would make for an excellent support. Just oh god, don't allow the shield to be put on Tibbers... I hate Tibbers...
