Can his W cost either no mana or be reduced from 20/15/20/5/0? The thing is, its a slow and stack. No real damage. 2. Can his R please cost only 100 or go up 100/120/140? Instead of going 100/125/150.
I know Twitch isn't in a bad state but I really don't see the need in these mana costs.
Very Hard Engage1 votestwitch is a late game hyper carry, hes totally balanced and performs well, his only issue is other people take advantage of him early on and get ahead and punish him early and they just snowball from it to the point where they cant really come back.
twitch as a whole is really good, his kit works well together and with a peel oriented team he can put out all the damage a team needs.
i would be opposed to twitch buffs, it would make him too good, its all about his positioning to really make him shine.

What I think Twitch needs is a little bit of lane safety that will also emphasize his strengths. I say, buff his base MS to either 340 or 345 (Currently 330).
That will give him MS similar to other assassins. For reference, Katarina and Rengar have 345 MS, Kha'Zix and Talon have 350. It'll help his lane safety, since he'll be able to dodge skillshots a little bit easier and run away from ganks easier. It'll also help his roaming and assassinating ability, which is what we love Twitch for, by letting him cross the map quicker.
