can victor one shot the raptors with lazor?
if so jungle changes were a huge buff 4 him.

Viktor does 70/110/150/190/230 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage
Small raptors have 225 - 383 starting.
So the answer is No, he can't "one shot raptors", atleast not early when it counts

there are two raptor camps in the game, of course i would assume you meant from your side.
