Disable Braum's passive when he is taunted

Braum doesn't need this change but Galio sure does, nothing sucks harder than playing against enemy who makes your ult 80% less effective just by being there, with 0 chance for you to outplay him.

And now that Sol's passive is disabled while he is CC'ed we have precedence.

I know it won't happen because Riot loves Braum more than Galio, and Braum has many players, but hey, a man can dream.

Oh no, a champion has counters.

There is a difference between a champion who has very strong advantage over you, and a champion who literally doesn't need to do anything.

Yes. Let's make his ult completely uncounterable.

His ult ignoring Tenacity was enough of a cancer change.

Tons and tons of spells in this game are able to break it, and there is QSS and cleanse to remove it.

Currently it is Galio who can't counter Braum's innate in any way.

Tons and tons of spells in this game are able to break it.

So ultimately you are proposing to reduce them to just QSS and Cleanse.

I take it you've never Galio ulted right next to a Blitzcrank that just popped his E?

That's considerably more annoying than Braum's passive. At least Braum wouldn't be able to fully stack you from 0 in the time it takes the ult to pop.

Except Blitzcrank has to actually time it. Braum is just there to apply it, and having 3 other allies in range to attack means the stun instantly procs.

But there are ways for Galio to outplay it.

There are none. He either ults them when they have those effects active or not.

There is no more "outplay" or "skill" involved than answering the question of "When should I ult as Katarina?".

Aurelion Sol's passive =/= Braum's passive. Aurelion's passive is a unique effect, while Braum's is an on-hit effect.

Disabling Braum's passive on taunt would be like removing Nashor's/Rageblade/Wit's End effects when taunted. It makes no sense.

Galio's ult is countered by Braum's passive, Leona's Q, Blitzcrank's E, Udyr's Q, Garen's Q, and other such abilities.

Similarly, Shen's ult is also countered by hard CC. That doesn't mean things need to be changed. You just need to be wary of who you ult near.

Galio's ult is fine as it is, especially since tenacity doesn't affect it anymore. All Galio really needs is a way to get in and use it besides Flash.
