The new jungle spreads negativity.
It's simple: If a lane fails - be it 1on1 or due to a gank - the jungler will be blamed. There isn't much logic behind this other that people often can't accept that they're playing above their own ELO.
In an case the jungler will be asked to help, well more often than that flamed or pingspammed. But that's not something new. Being a jungler was always stressful.
However, the new jungle was actively designed to stop junglers from ganking and lowering their possible gank frequency. As a result you often can't keep up with the requests. People start getting frustrated and become toxic.
At that point the game is over. In order to "punish" their jungler they will take your jungle creeps (if the enemy solo laner hasn't already taken them or ganked you). Thanks to the experience distribution and respawn timers this makes you, as a jungler, fall behind to a point where you're useless. You can't gank assassin laners or a duolane anymore since you're a freekill. You can't contest objectives since you will be outsmited. You can't even brawl the enemy jungler 1v1 anymore, meaning you will get counterjungled by him as well.
And your lanes... Your lanes will keep shitting on your head for why you ahve to be in their team and not the enemy jungler "who is so much better" (yet he experiences exactly the same every seconds game).
The whole concept of reworking the jungle to-not-be-able-to-help-your-teammates is a designflaw. It reduces teamplay and creates an extreme toxicity.
