I have absolutly no fucking clue how you managed to destroy Zed in the hands of good players, while not fixing anything for low elo

You fucking increased his W cd to 22 sec and after that point nobody in high elo played him anymore you killed his early pressure and safety while mages scale a thousand times harder than him

the worst story in all of that is how Meddler isn't going to do anything Why bother? just let plat players permaban him while high elo is a fucking boring mage vs mage match up

trying to fixe him would actually take time and effort, am I wrong Meddler?

What would happen if Zed is picked even once on pro play.

On the top on the Boards front page:

It happened similar to Yasuo on this MSI because he was relevant on pro play for the first time in years, I can recall a thread almost saying the parody that I made for Zed on the other coment. And Yasuo was far from 100% pick/ban on MSI.

Dont get me wrong, I dont specially love Yasuo and I ban him usually because when you play MF and he windwalls your windwall it's like not funny at all but I like that he is played often on pro play without being unbalanced on soloQ.

it's not the same Marksmen were always played by pro players, even during 8.11

Zed is just not played anymore

And it feels bad to me (I don't care about you or other people) that he's unplayable if the people zed plays against have hands It means that Zed otps that become good at the game have their champ becoming garbage the higher they climb

It's actually the same with my main Lucian, because riot made him more and more feast or famin, the higher you climb the less people play Lucian

Zed's not gutted or bad though. He simply no longer works in Pro play because they're are so many ways to play around him. I mean shit Lulu just makes him useless.

That Faker vs Ryu was Season 3 I believe, before Supports had actual money income, now they have money and can actually do their jobs.

Zed kept being played in pro until the end of season 7 he was played in early season 7 too and at that time supports we already broken

Zed has been gutted in pro ever since they nerfed his W cd in season 6, then nerfed him further in the assassin update

Zed isn't picked because he isn't as effective in pro play. Outside of what S4, I don't remember much of Zed since.

season 8 fucked him up as well because of the runes you cant stack as much lethality so you are useless till your 4th item

Assassins update wrecked most of ad assassins reliability, and "surprisingly" they all left the meta. Does any of the ad assassins work in pro without having a gimmick?

Kha before R nerfs was picked a lot in pro, but i never saw a game where he actually did anything after 15 minutes, outside of scouting bushes with his R. The most iconic Kha play in s8 was facechecking bushes, finding someone and then retreating with same invis

Yeah also maínly because roaming is impossible due to perfect ward coverage and because those little skirmishes are very rare on pro level, they usually fight only around objectives. And ganks often results in 4vs4 as well.

It's not about Zed's Strength or Weakness at all. Just think abou how many heavy CC combos in Pro play, He will get chain cc'ed to Death or Zone'd by Alistar or any tank support in meta now. Solo queue is different because everyone picks what they like, not going to mention 50% of playerbase are onetricks, So they will not pick what serves the team combo at least in lower elo "in high elo Zed struggles a little bit because players know the importance on team combo (similar to Yi in high elo) " . The only way to bring Zed back to pro play is something like Ardent meta, A broken item for AD assassins getting 0 nerfs the whole season to force AD assassins meta. Like old Black Cleaver, But i don't support that suggestion at all :^)

no you can just make the snapback to 0.25 lik lb and pros would have more outplay potential

sadly is hard for a lot of peolpe to understand that zed players dont wont him op cos he would be banned 24/7 or it would feel like playing zoe or akali [slayer-jinx-unamused] we just want him fun to play again and high elo players want him to be playable in high elo and there is a way to do it at the same time you balance him in low elo just change his passive or something in his kit maybe less range in his w and then change his stats

I noticed that zed is less often getting used. I also play zed but not much now. Zed is Good. FEW REASON WHY I DONT USE zed often now]

People are playing so safe and stay in turret quite often
If you don't get a good start or against tricky opponent and cant farm you are fudged
When u play good u tend to start stealing kills and people complain or cannot play as good.
Also once it is late game lvl 18 all. You cant really get 2 kills or more cuz it can take all your abilities for one person.
least importantly people use talon. (complete counter), Ahri is hard to farm from lots of damage she does and other champs like lux and zoe very annoying stunning.
