In silver, this game is a coin toss, and I'm done this season

The matchmaking in silver is a joke. The skill difference of players is absurd. The game is full with new players vs smurfs.

And it's all a coin toss. You are lucky, you get out, you're unlucky you're trapped

After almost 800 games trying to leave this elo hell, I'm done.

No other game like this one is so poorly designed that after 800 hours you don't feel like progressing at all. I've watched videos, read guides, follow this forum. Nothing, I can't progress. Because almost every guide is made for a perfect team, were no one overfeeds or jungle actually knows what he's doing. Otherwise is all reflex. I don't have insane reflex, not born with that talent, hence I can't do shit agency wise.

Everything I do couldn't save me from poor luck. Been 2 times in gold promos 1 match away, lost it to inters and afks. Now I just succumbed to S4 to a rush of bad luck streak.

The games are mostly uncarriable unless you're really really good, but to be really good you need to play with really good players to get used to fast plays. Here you can't. You have to be insanely good just to move a bracket up if you have bad luck in general. Like where's the logic?

The games are either too easy or nigh impossible, either you have no reply to the insane burst of damage the opponent has or you pop them like free candies. You try to go after objectives, your team goes after kills. It's a mess and never this game felt this messy like this season for some reason. You die way too fast to actually do something

Overwatch, Dota 2, HoN, Paladins, etc. In all those games the ELO bracket feels almost balanced. You play 80% of the times with players your skill. Here, in silver, there's no such thing. The skill discrepancy is stupid, to say lightly

I'm waiting for next season, at least they are working to do something at their horrible messy matchmaking. But I fear is a little too late for this game. My friend list is full of people that invested a ton in skins and left this season for good.

I'm out, I don't have the talent to deal with this mess

Silver is a hellhole but if it’s taken you 800 games and you’re still there, maybe you need to accept the fact you’re a silver player in some aspect of the game lol.

Smurfs at this time of year is probably at it’s lowest. Highest smurf/boost population is usually the first and last month of the season

It took me like 50 games to leave silver.

If 800 games later you still haven't left the elo...that's the elo that you belong in. sorry.

Maybe, I don't deny I belong in silver, but I just want to reach a point where i'm the on that is the most clueless in my team most of the times. I haven't yet that is frustrating me about this game

I have really bad news.

That point is never.

From bronze 5 to challenger, you're always going to get bad teammates who aren't as skilled as you. It's just part of the game.

You complain about others deciding your fate only because you aren’t strong enough to change it yourself.

I just said that, yeah. Also, is a team game so it's kinda in the specs

If only it was just silver... this issue persists up to D3. The amount of boosted players in this game is insane.

aren't games always a coin toss in low skill environments

2 seasons ago they never felt like this. Last season it changed for some reason, and now it's at its peak.

You need super good reflexes opposed to cleverness and game knowledge that was prelevant early on. I would say is because of the damage. Some people have this innate ability and they might not realise this, but a decent majority don't excel at split second tricks

Every game is a coin toss. Its a very team reliant game. If you think that changes past Silver you are mistaken.

I don't deny that. I don't really want to climb in a sense. I just want to reach a point where I'm constantly the poorest performing player in my team. That way I can learn from teammates and enemies.

I'm tired of having this pressure to constantly carry the game

Riot and most people dont want you at that point because then you are placed higher than you should be.

If you are constantly the worst player on the team you belong in a lower matchmaking.
