I found it in the item set builder, right at the very bottom, it just cant be purchased on SR, HA or TT

Ya I googled it lol, it looks like a item meant for Nexus Blitz.

Although if it actually got added to the game, oh man. Maybe that's how Riot plans on winning teams to be able to close games out, they just buy this item 3rd cause they're so far ahead and become a ultimate war machine.

That random kid in solo queue complaing his team is to heavy would prolly be smiling ear to ear.
