And add to it the fun fact they just nerf the gold you gain from killing the ghouls instead of buffing it so it last longer, like god.
And yah pretty much is good against other juggernauts that cant' dash aside from the dumb broken 
while all other dashing champions like

On My Kill List1 votesit might have something to do with the fact his maidens percent dmg has no cooldown at all now. which is definitely one of the hugest damage increases for any champ i've ever seen. doing 9% of someones max health on every autoattack is pretty strong for a bruiser of all champs. personally i welcome these changes as that maiden percent health dmg on every auto is MASSIVE overbuff.

Doesn't explain why make it 180CDR early in game while she almost doing no damage, in other words ruining his early game where he struggling right now the most which make it more worst.
