Not only you lower the skin sell value, made chest harder to get, you let champion shards? At least give me a bunch of champion shards. Getting 4800 Ip champion from an hextech chest is gut-wrenching

If Riot's giving something out for free (That something being a potential revenue source), you don't get to bitch about the quality of it.
Either that, or you're buying the regular chests, instead of buying the masterwork ones, in which case, you deserve the lower chance of what you want, since you're going for the cheaper option. It's like buying a hotdog at a gas station for 50¢ - There's a risk of it being shitty involved, and you willingly accepted that risk.
