Theory: An immobile adc cannot be broken if they dont outrange blitz hooks and Vi ults.

Definition: A champion is broken when they are either banned or first picked in every game.

Given this definition, theres no way an adc like draven can become overpowered in a game where you cant ban out all champions like blitzcrank, naut, and vi. Its just not possible. Draven could litterally be fed to the point where he is oneshotting everyone in the game and you could still make him irrelevant with Nautilus or vi.

Immobile adc's are INHERENTLY BALANCED because no matter how good they are, YOU CANT FIRST PICK THEM...unless they outrange Naut, blitz, and VI. The above definition will never apply to them. You are free to buff the living shit out of all immobile adc's and as long as you dont break them by allowing them to outrange these three champions, then they are balanced.

Dude shut up, Riot's not going to give Draven 650 auto attack range.

Maybe no one peels for ADCs in your elo but that actually starts to become a thing that people do as you climb.

Peel Nautilus ?????? Peel ????? Dude. This is pretty much the truth. You cant overpower the current roster of immobile adc's. Its not really possible, unless they are outraging towers and certain abilities.

Other champions can clearly become overpowered. If you let fizz cast his e on a 1 second cooldown. Boom. Give ekko more base dmg. Boom overpowered. Theres nothing you can pick against this. If draven has caitlyns range? Then that means caitlyn is a bit UP, but it doesnt break draven. Not by a long shot.

Jinx was the best ADC in the game while Naut and Vi were in the game last season.

Hes 74th on the list of banned champions. Hes not broken. Not by a long shot. BTW. Leblanc chains and naut hooks still outrange his ulti...but only by 100 units.

The theory is that you can buff him, but he wont become broken and the theory only barely applies to him given the fact that his range is at 800 units.

Twitch power comes from what was bound to happen - and was happening - since patch 5.22, a marksman found a way to abuse absurdly powerful AD Assassin item.

Only instead of abusing item 3156 safety, Twitch players abuse item 3142 damage and mobility.

But yeah, OP is wrong, non-mobile marksman can be broken as well, even though it takes much more to break them, and Twitch is great example, most targeted engages are too slow to really matter when his damage is packed in such tight window.

What if, and I know this is a difficult concept, you use teamwork to cover a champion's weaknesses? It's a radical idea, but it might just help out Draven a bit.
