Would Talisman of Ascension building out of Forbidden Idol (again) be too much?

First off, let me say I've barely played this game much in the past 4 months. I don't know how valuable it is to have Raptor's Cloak on Talisman, nor how much people value it. But back when they changed Forbidden Idol to enhance heals and shields, I got pretty excited then I read they removed it as an ingredient to Talisman. Then I became bummed out, because I loved rushing Talisman but I no longer do so because of the changes.

Would it be too much or too powerful if Talisman of Ascension had +10% or 15% healing/shields? I loved getting this item on passive supports such as Janna, Soraka and occasionally Nami or Sona if the enemy lane had a scary counterpick. I get Soraka is strong right now (main her for 6 1/2 years now), and I get she's getting nerfed again because people simply struggle to counter her with Grievous Wounds (which is easily accessible now), but I just really loved Talisman and the new Forbidden Idol is a favorite item of mine now (on top of what it builds into).

firstly giving a sustain item an escape mechanic is probably a bad idea and a big nono

secondly, yes it would probably be great for whoever built it but if you try to buy wards after you will be much squishier so this would hurt more champs than it would help most likely. But the few not particularly healthy champs it would help would certainly be happy.

There could be an issue with bolstered heals too early in the game. (Looking at you Raka) Talisman could very well be one of your first items. (Though I usually complete Sight stone first.)

The other issue is, the 15% increased heals/shields is an Unnamed unique passive. That means, that it will stack with each other if they come from different sources. (You can't stack multiple Censors, but Censor will stack with Mikale's for example) Riot might have to Name said passive to allow more than two complete items having the same passive effect. (which will inhibit stacking altogether)

Idol is too niche to make talisman build out of it. What if you want to support your team with movement speed but you don't have a heal or shield? That would be all kinds of awful.

Really though I'd like talisman to give health or magic resist instead of armor. Then I would actually build it. Usually when you're rushing at hyper speed you're mostly taking magic damage. It's once you're in there for a while that the physical damage builds up.
