Dude your not a rioter. Everything at some point in time needs balancing. What about 
? I've never ever seen it get picked since the jugg changes and they buff the AD it gave since then. It's a pretty strong item in terms of CC, I guess it just doesn't scale as beautifully on juggs on other favourable choices.

I honestly just wanted a lifesteal/hp item but since the low component of lifesteal is tied with AD , it was inevitable.

As an AD main I love this idea.
Lol now that I think about it this item probably suit Graves the best as his bonus resistances from E would synergize lovely with the Hp and lifesteal and the passives would work great with him too :)
