Does Karma q + Rylai's stack slow %?
Just curious if this is a good buy because of the slow it adds?

Rathar Dashing2 votesNope, they don't stack. Only the strongest of either applies, so Rylais wouldn't make her Q any more powerful. If you're looking to add more CC to her kit, Twin Shadows would probably be a better buy, and if you prefer the HP from Rylai's then I would suggest Morello or Liandry's, as the damage amplification provided by both items is very powerful, and the grievous wounds and/or %HP damage can prove very useful against certain matchups.
