In the current state of the game, the fact Soraka can easily heal more than half the amount of total team damage in a game basically nullifying half the team, and the overturned Vayne, Lucian, etc bot + insane damage burst (which soraka basically can nullify ) makes it so stupid that you want to uninstall this game.

The problem is ADC will have it's innate huge lifesteal, now conqueror's lifesteal and a soraka healing battery.
