"Thunderlords is being spammed and is really strong, being picked by almost everybody"
Better buff it.
0.3 bonus AD===>0.4 bonus AD.

Everyone uses it because there are no better options. But hey, let's just assume its because the keystone mastery is amazing right?
Sigh
Popularity != strength

DFT is far better. People use Thunderlord's because it's more noticeable.

or maybe because the damage is entirely frontloaded and has a 10-180 base damage instead of 6.
I don't understand why out of all the changes they give this thing they're still waiting to make the AoE portion of the mastery actually work. It hasn't been weak since they fixed the bug with multiple thunderlords not working right.
Pretty nice buff for ez and corki
Deathfire Touch is much better IMO. It doesn't have some big cooldown so you can keep applying it to one enemy over and over during a fight, thus dealing far more damage than one use of Thunderlord's Decree, and you can even DFT all the enemy champions at once. And it actually has higher ratios of both AD and AP. And the Ferocity tree gives you a good amount of your choice of armor or magic pen, meaning that unless you're a hybrid, you can get a good amount of extra damage from choosing this tree, too.

In every case 10-180 base damage outdoes the extra 10% AD and AP ratios that DFT has over thunderlord. You have to both be stacking AD/AP to make DFT do anything at all and then you have to be playing a hero that can reapply it with abilities constantly. Unless you're a dot mage or corki DFT is generally inferior.
saw an illaoi using it today... she had 37 bonus damage at level 1. i got DESTROYED.
