Stop dumping people into mid silver.
I'm trying to get plat or at least high gold but I really don't want to spend the early weeks of the season playing with people who can't perform basic mechanics of the game at an even average level. Nor do I want to play with people who don't even know how to build their champions.
Why do we dump people into mid to high silver if they're at a bronze level when basically every person who hits 30 the first time and solo queues is 99% of the time at a bronze level?
