Every once in a while. The jg on one team will forget to equip smite and the players on that team will not notice until too late.
I suggest that players be allowed to change one of their summoner spells within the first 90 seconds of each game as a safeguard against innocent forgetfulness.

Alakalzam1 votesIt's also irritating when when someone doesn't connect to the game but you can't swap your summoner spells around to compensate for the fact that they won't be joining you. But what can you do. It'd be easy to abuse if they gave you a 90s window to change.
