What to do when someone is trying to hijack mid even when you called it first?

I main ap Lucian mid and every once in a while during selection chat, I would call mid first but, I get a Zed or Yasuo trying to bully me out of the middle lane with the classic argument of "Lucian is an ADC, go bot".

The thing is I can't out farm them, so, I'm at their mercy. Even other team mates will confirm I got mid, but they will simply ignore it . After facing this problem over and over, and began coming up with a solution.

Once the game starts, let them go mid. All you have to do is stand there and ensure you are close enough to get xp from minions. This prevents the midlane bully from leveling up as fast as the enermy midlaner and puts them at a slight disadvantage. Let midlane bully farm while you stand back. They are more like to take poke damage and more likely to be the target of ganks as you are standing closer to the tower than them.

If the enemy midlaner engages the mid lane bully, do not attack, simply back up and let them fight. If the bully is about to die, let them die. Do not try to save them.

Once the midlane bully realizes he is at a lower level than the enemy midlaner and that you are not assisting him in anyway, while leaving him for dead every chance you get, they are likely to walk way and leave the lane free for you.

It is a whole lot more effective than intentional feeding.
