The Fiddlesticks Buff Is Actually Pretty Good
I can catch up or escape after using drain and now people can't escape my ult as easily. Much better than "you do a little more damage after the first tick".

It sounds great for him, his main problem was that after they made his q cause people to run away, its always been a struggle when your w would end early and you'd have to catch up again. Now you can kite a lot better it seems.
