There is NO reason Soraka pressing R all the way bot lane and suddenly midlaners and toplaner get a free 200-300hp boost and change the lane dynamic for nothing.

I could see something like, giving it Noturne-ish range, and attaching a heal over time to it. Like, heals for 400HP, then an additional 20/25/30% max health over 6seconds. Or something. Thatd probably be busted af tho
