QOL Change for Katarina's Q

THIS IS NOT ANOTHER THING ABOUT HER Q's FALL SPEED!

Her Q is unpredictable with it's bounces, sometimes it will go down a line of minions and sometimes it won't. Other times it will target a champion but again sometimes it won't.

I propose we make it move towards the nearest champion if able, cause there are many times when a champion is close enough that if they were a minion it would hit them but for some reason it prioritizes minion and not champions which makes it feel clunky as her only poke tool.

It obviously doesn't because i'v had it go for minions instead on several occasions. Maybe it's a bug then?
