Cutting her dps with passive by roughly half "hardly a nerf".
Caitlyn wasant good at all before runnans was in the game, in fact she was trash tier so thats why they even reworked her in the first place because she had no purpose on the game.

Its a nerf to every point in the game after you get 3k gold because the item was by far the best zeal item for her and it actually gave her a mid game.
Now shes going to win lane by 20 cs and then not exist in the game until 4+ items, where she just gets dpsed by other adcs anyway.
But yeah its barely going to have an impact you're right xd, if they atleast un gutted her base AS then i wouldnt mind this as much, but runnans is just necessary for her to function with her current base stats.

She scales 10% WORSE with attack speed, not better, and its even more than that due to her awful base AS.
they gave her 10% bonus attack speed AT lvl 1 so her lvl 1 AS isnt 0.5 and you can actually hit ppl in lane (also the same reason she gets a lot of AS p/lvl).
Atleast look up stuff properly before typing.

Guyy Fieri1 votesCaitlyn outscales most ADs and of the maybe 3 that she doesn't (Twitch, Kogmaw and Vayne), Caitlyn has the best lane phase and her lane phase is widely considered to be the best of any ad in the game, even over lane bullies like Lucian and Draven. The nerfs are needed and have been needed since the marksman update it's just only now that she's really showing her prominence over other ads after a long time of slight nerfs to a wide array of ads.
