Riot, please for the love of god lower the movement speed on Runic Echos

I really don't want champions that are abusing its crazy stat to get nerfed, only to have the item nerfed and those champs left in the dust later.

Udyr isn't the only champion that can make obscene use of it either, I'm seeing champions like Skarner using it's crazy MS boost as well to move at the speed of sound while in his crystal spires.

This, combined with the likes of Iceborn Gauntlet make it nearly impossible to escape champions, and it feels like a permaslow. (I know how much you love those.) Later in the game, combining these with Zz'Rot Portal.. It's just not fun. I hate dealing with it almost every single game.

It's way too cheap and way too easy to just mix the thing with Swifties to get the craziest map pressure.
