1-game restriction for Ranked

There needs to be a restriction to ranked that works like first win of the day. Where you HAVE to play 1 game in any other mode before you can play ranked. It has a 24hour timer just like first win of the day.

People coming into ranked saying "it's my first game I didn't know my ping was this bad" or "I just woke up first game" etc. etc. gets really annoying. I rather not have someone afk randomly because "oh sorry cooking breakfast" excuse or some dumb crap like that.

Single dad with a full time job, if I want to play one game a day and it's the only game I play is ranked, my prerogative.
