I played 2 games and while the passive looks cool, it only ever landed about 3-4 times for both in total. While her old passive was kinda awful, I ran out of mana pretty easily compared to before.
Overall, it kinda feels like a nerf, but it might be to early to tell.

Its not reliable, even in team fights. It takes to long to get to the target early game, and late game, targets get killed before it can explode by team

Hovering Hentai1 votesI get what you mean. Today I faced a LeBlanc in lane who was clearly better than me, killed me at level 3.
When I respawned i noticed enemy bot pushing in so I headed down there, our Zoe landed a bubble, I blew my combo, we killed Ezreal and got a zombie and that zombie with ignite killed Thresh giving me a double kill.
The passive is so strong in teamfights it's unreal but it does very little to help her laning phase which is now just as weak as before.
Theou Aegis1 votesI think the radius it procs at is nice (from what I saw), but it either never reached any champions, or it just went for the nearest minion and exploded for a couple hundred damage to one minion. Seems like a total shit show now. Waste of time if they're not going to make it even work right.

If Lissandra could detonate passive on the spot with an auto or spell so she has autonomy over its explosion if she wants to do would up the feel of it a lot
