Is it possible to make the enemies not see the coins/mana drops from Ancient Coin?

At least when you are hidden. When trying to hide in bush to do a surprise attack I can not surprise them when there are minions around dropping coins showing I near by.

If we were work with that idea, then it'd make sense to also hide Bard's charms or Thresh's souls. It's an item that demands risk for reward.
