I completely agree and support this line of reasoning.

I'm thinking more of Kat's entire kit, Veigar's ult, Brand's E and ult, Annie Q, Anivia E, Malz E and Ult, Swain's entire kit except W, etc. It's just not fun when the only way to avoid getting hit by something is to just never go near them. At least Taric's stun doesn't do a lot of damage and isn't instantaneous.

"hurtling" might not be the right word for it...
