really want to know if this a buff or a nerf since it's riot

Riftwalk (R): Range reduced from 550 to 500 [vs 450 on live] Mana cost reduced to 50 from 60 Cooldown changed to 6/4/2 from 7/5/3

The best way to please a Kassadin player...

Is to reduce the mana cost and cool down on his ultimate. This is a straight buff by the way. Live range is 450.

To do the math for people Kassadin's R can now be used every 3.6/2.4/1.2 seconds with 40% CDR and has a cost of 50/100/200/400/800/1600/3200 depending on how many times he uses it.

He will be still gankable and his roaming will be still gated with that 20 seconds stacking cooldown.

is a semi buff, but keeping nerf close cuz u will able to use more frequently, but what really kill u is the 20 seconds for it to recharge.
