Morgana looks absolutely stunning, but I'm disappointed in the change to Soul Shackles

The speed up wont make much of a difference in most scenarios. By the time laning phase ends, you're almost always going to want to pop Hourglass, or else you'll get focused down immediately and quickly. I'd much rather Soul Shackles did half its damage if the chains are broken instead, while also retaining its 20% slow over the course of 3 seconds.

I'm sure that wont happen, but either way, this is the most excited I've been for League, and I haven't been in 3+ years!
