His Q has a bar now and his E is clunkier to use. 'Kay den. He got counterplay at the expense of being clunky to play. Yet he's still toxic to play against just like before when ahead with heals and shit. Also, the rework ruined the 1820 RP blood lord skin, at least for me, which I can't get a refund for. And still sitting at 43% win rate. Sooo, pretty much a success, amirite ?
