Thanks. He litterally is toxic regardless of winrate. Never had afun game vs Fizz EVER even when he goes 0-10 he somehow manages to force me out of a fight with a combo anda mid range shark

I do my best to not gripe about champions and learn how to play against them instead, but I totally agree. Remove his E and give him something less cancer.
