When will riot stop ignoring the mage itemization?

It has been broken for months already to the point where mages are taking over the whole game.

First mid, then support, then adc, and now top lane (2 highest WR top champs right now cass + heimer, then theres viktor top and etc).

What are we waiting for to nerf items like ludens/void/deathcap/morellos? Mage itemization is disgusting right now and it is making the burst meta even worse , mr is useless because void staff, ludens rush on every mage further increasing their burst, health on almost every other mage item so they get tanky too, too many issues to be completely ignored like they are now.
