I used to hate Yasuo as well, but I figured out how to play against him and how to counter him. I main support but at times I play top. I remember I played against a Yasuo once and I was playing as Lulu. He was overly aggressive for no reason. I just did my thing and tried to bait him away from my minions to prevent him from dashing away from his escape and just combo him. If he used his wall, meh whatever - I put pix on him and still glitter lanced him. If he got too close for comfort, I would just turn him into a cupcake. Granted the player was probably overly confident, underestimated me and decided to not buy any magic resist. Turned out to be a nice match up.
Zyra is also annoying along with Thresh but again, I learned how to play against them. I tend to main Poppy support so when I see either Zyra or Thresh, I'm cool with it. Zyra is squishy so once I hit level 2 I slam her into a wall, drop the hammer on her and let my ADC kill her. After a while they become passive. As for Thresh, sometimes I let him hook me so the enemy ADC has a false sense of confidence, tries to attack and kill me but once they're close enough I just slam the ADC into the wall or towards my ADC, drop the hammer and they just got close to death or near it. Thresh becomes hesitant hooking me or my ADC from the first few close calls or deaths. If he does his combo thing or his ally tries to grab his lantern, I just get close enough to put up my shield and stop them mid flight.
I hear what you're saying though, but maybe if you learned how champions work and maybe play them yourself if you have them or during free week, you could learn something. It's why I play ARAM at times, it's how I learn how to play different champions or just learn their kit. Here's a few examples of other champions I used to hate playing against but now I don't mind since I know how they work for the most part: Vayne, Ekko, Yasuo, Zed, Thresh, Zyra, Riven, Fizz, Lee Sin.
